For over three decades, Mama’s Kitchen has been a lifeline for our community, delivering meals to those battling critical illnesses like HIV/AIDS, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Their services address not just hunger but also the vital connection between nutrition and health, empowering individuals to heal and thrive.

With the funds raised through this campaign, Mama’s Kitchen will be able to provide thousands of life-saving meals to our neighbors in need.

Your generosity has been amplified through a matching program, turning $7,000 into $14,000! This incredible boost will allow Mama’s Kitchen to expand its reach, helping even more individuals in our community receive the care and nourishment they deserve.

Helix 2024 campaign, the mayoral competition is more than a fun community initiative—it’s a charitable effort to raise fun

Explore, but keep it easy: Sure, I love to check out new things around the house (especially the decorations), but I pace myself. Try to enjoy the small stuff, and don’t feel like you have to do it all. Wander a bit, and take things at your own pace. Eat mindfully: I’m all about savoring my meals and enjoying treats slowly—because why rush the good stuff? This holiday season, focus on eating w
